Each dedicated server carries a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with our services within the first 30 days of your contract, you will be given a full refund of the contract amount excluding setup fees.

Setup fees are non refundable. This policy does not apply to custom servers or to any additional services such as additional custom work to the server, etc.
