Backup Service:
In addition to redundant hard drives that come standard with our pre configured servers, we can provide a daily backup of your server's hard drive for data recovery purposes.

Our DNS Servers are provided at no charge to our dedicated server clients, however, you can have your own DNS Servers configured on our servers.

Remote Power Cycle Service:
Our Remote Power Cycle service allows you to log in to our power panel remotely using your web browser to perform a hard reboot on your web server (normal Telnet or desktop reboots still exist without this service). No personal assistance is required by our support staff when you use this service.
